MAWSON DRILLING EXPANDS NEAR-SURFACE URANIUM AT TSJ OVER 1.1 KM, SWEDEN
- Mawson Announces Results From Final 16 Drill Holes of 53-Hole Program at its Kronotorpet Uranium Rare Earth Element (REE) Prospect Part of Mawsons Tsj Project in Northwestern Sweden (Total 40 Kilometre Strike Length)
- Tsj Exploration Target*: Between 104 to 116 million pounds of U3O8, 165,000 to 180,000 tonnes of REE and 5.63 million tonnes of P2O5
- Permission Now Granted to Drill Tsj Project Over a 20 Kilometre Strike to the Northeast and Southwest of Current Drill Area
- Ground Electromagnetic (EM) Survey Completed Over 20-Kilometre Strike Length
Michael Hudson, President of Mawson Resources: These drill results, together with those from the rest of the program, further expand the drilled out area of near-surface uranium mineralization at Kronotorpet to over 1.1 kilometres. With the ground electromagnetic geophysical survey now having mapped the uranium mineralized horizon over 20 kilometres, we are well placed to continue with drill delineating this extensive mineralized system.
* NOTE: Based on 80 historic drill holes and the report, Geological Investigations in the Tsj area in 1963 and 1964 (G. Armands, Swedish Atomic Energy Company). This exploration target estimate is based on the aforementioned report. The potential quantity and grade is conceptual in nature, as there has not been sufficient exploration to define the target at this time; and it is uncertain that further exploration would result in the definition of a resource. The magnitude of the exploration target was confirmed in a recent independent NI43-101 technical report by Andrew Browne of Geosynthesis Pty Ltd, the current qualified person at the Jabiluka uranium project in Australia, after a review of Swedish Geological Survey documentation, a field visit and check analysis of core samples.
Dear Friends:
Fundamentals! Its all about the fundamentals. The current volatile markets have created some screaming buy opportunities -- particularly in the uranium sector where an industry-wide retreat from all-time record prices has created a sell off -- but where long-term prospects for uranium are better than ever. With these points in mind, we highly recommend that you review the latest Mawson Two-Pager by clicking on the link above then consider the 19 (nineteen) 100%-owned uranium projects outlined there. These include five advanced projects: the near-mine scenario at Don Benito in Spain (in the final permitting stage) -- the high grade Klppibcken Project and the equally exciting Duobblon Projects in Sweden the estimated 100 million+ pounds at Tsj, also in Sweden * and the Nuottijrvi Project, one of Finlands largest and most promising uranium projects. C$16 cash in the bank (40c per share). Experienced, professional management. Are the fundamentals in place? Absolutely!!!

Nick L. Nicolaas
