Results of General Meeting
Northwest Resources Limited advises that the following resolutions placed before shareholders at the General Meeting today were approved by the requisite majorities:
Resolution 1 Disposal of main undertaking
Resolution 2 Re-election of Peter Richard as a director
Resolution 3 Re-election of Ginette Farcell as a director
Each of the resolutions was passed on a show of hands. For the purposes of section 251AA of the Corporations Act, the following proxy information in respect of the above resolutions is set out below:
