RESULTS OF POLL VOTING AND ORDINARY VOTING AT 2015 AGM
Alara Resources Limited (ASX: AUQ) (Company) announces the results of voting on the resolutions considered at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held earlier today as follows:
Resolutions 2, 3 and 4 were passed unanimously on a show of hands.
Resolutions 1 and 5 were put to a vote on a Poll (called by the Chairman) and were passed. A summary of the Poll voting results is as follows:
