announce it has retained the services of AGORACOM Investor Relations Corp. ("AGORACOM")

services.
AGORACOM will be responsible for raising the awareness
of Brigadier amongst online retail investors for the purposes of attracting new

The terms of the agreement are as follows: Duration -
12 months. Monthly Cash Compensation - $CDN 2,000.00 (+GST), Stock Options -
150,000 at $0.14 per share. These options have a five-year term and have
vesting restrictions. There are currently 5,010,000 shares reserved for issue
under the Brigadier stock option plan. This agreement has been negotiated
entirely at arm's length and is subject to TSX Venture Exchange and regulatory
