permit: Robex SARL (Mali) update

confirms the retrocession of the Kossova
property, acquired in 2003 from
SOGETRAC and is updating all information related to its African company
'Ressources Robex Mali
SARL'. Robex is also proud to have reactivated an
abandoned park in the Badalabougou
area of Bamako.
Kossaya property given back

Robex has retroceded its Kossava property,
acquired in 2003, to SOGETRAC
(Soci�t� g�n�rale de transport et
de commerce), which is presently in
financial turmoil. This will allow this company to
proceed with a
restructuration. This step is part of Robex'
new commitment to focus on its
most promising properties and reduce costs
associated with non-productive

Mali SARL (a
limited liability company) established in 2004, to
explore and mine Gold as
well as to trade Gold and precious metals. Ressources Robex Mali SARL's
current capital is 1 000 000
francs cfa. This company was founded in 2004 in
order to conform to existing Malian laws and
regulations In the eventuality of
production. This update is in conformity with the Board's
current plans to
achieve specific goals (see news dated March 26 2009).
Badalabougou Park
cleanup

To promote Malian social development, and to behave
as a good corporate
citizen, and a responsible Canadian mining company, Robex has completed
successfully the cleanup of Badalabougou
football park, Commune 5 in Bamako,
where Robex Resources offices
are located . This park was dangerous for
neighbourhood kids. It was excavated and cleaned to allow
people access to a
good quality area. Commune acting mayor, Mr. Mahamane Abdoulaye Tour�, and the
Badalabougou youth committee were very pleased
by this initiative.
Departure of Mr. Beno�t Violette, geo.

Mr. Beno�t Violette, geo. joined Robex on November 25 2008 as
Vice-President operations. He is no longer
employed by the company. Mr.
Violette was instrumental during Robex' reactivation in Mali and our team wish
to thank him for his efforts. We wish Mr. Violette all the best in his new
endeavours.
