COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW FOCUSES 2007 EXPLORATION PROGRAM

March 2007 Quarterly Report

KEY POINTS

• Successfully completed $2.7 million raising and listed on the ASX on 26 February 2007

• Assembled a strong exploration team headed by Operations Manager Nick Marshall and well-known geologist Jacob Rebek

• Commenced a comprehensive review of existing data, including magnetics on high quality portfolio of gold, silver, copper and zinc exploration properties in the Lachlan Fold Belt in NSW to further define prospective zones

• Carried out extensive surface geochemical sampling on key tenements

• Honed initial exploration focus and identified drill targets with the results from this assessment.

• Negotiated and entered into contracts for drilling work to commence at two projects

• Prepared for further surface field work and geochemical sampling on focus tenements
