Robex Resources inc.: Grant of Stock Options
QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - July 26, 2011) - The Board of Directors of Robex Resources inc. (TSX VENTURE:RBX)(FRANKFURT:RB4) has granted 1,300,000 stock options under its Stock Option Incentive Plan to directors and officers of the company at an exercise price of $0.24 per share. The options expire five (5) years from the date of grant (July 24, 2011) and are subjects to a four-month "hold period" under applicable securities legislation and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
