The Rosebud gold mine opportunity has become our company�s primary focus, as we related to you in our news release of Wednesday, May 14, 2008.

The Company has reviewed and compiled the information on Rosebud published between 1995 and 2001 by the Hecla Mining Company from its annual 10K submissions to the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Company believes that Rosebud has potential to host a significant open pit bulk mineable gold deposit and has retained a consulting geologist with a mandate to prepare a NI 43-101 Technical Report. The consultant will review historic drillholes and other data to provide a potential resource estimate and recommend an exploration program to test for the presence of gold mineralization within and around the mined area.

The text of the Hecla 10K�s covers a period between 1994 and 2000. The information presented is somewhat repetitive as the basic information about the mine is repeated in each 10K with minor changes.  Important information is provided about gold mineralization present in drillholes in areas that were not part of the mine workings.  

Hecla decommissioned the mine in 2000 as the grade of the existing resource in the mine workings was too low and unminable at the existing price of gold. This is important information because we know a body of gold mineralization exists in the mine area and at least two other areas have drillholes with gold mineralization equivalent to the grade of the mine workings.

The Company has summarized the production and resource estimates of the Rosebud gold mine and the US$ price of gold in table format as a preamble to the Hecla 10K text. 

It�s a good read and worth the time to understand the potential of this very valuable Harvest Gold asset.
