Roblin has been appointed to the Board of Directors. Mr. Roblin is a partner at Folger, Rubinoff LLP and has acted as general corporate counsel to numerous public and private issuers in the mining, pharmaceutical, technology and renewable power industries. His involvement has extended to all aspects of corporate legal matters, including corporate governance, continuous disclosure, and material corporate transactions.
