Concession Titles Received
Soho Resources Corp. ("Soho" or the "Company") is pleased to report that it has received official government title documents formally registering all of the additional concessions acquired by staking last year in and around the Tahuehueto Project. These concessions were staked to cover possible strike extensions to known mineralized structures as well as to cover large areas of surface alteration and possible surface expressions of district structures, as identified by the Company within the Tahuehueto District. With the formal registration of these concessions, Sacramento De La Plata S.A. de C.V. ("Sacramento"), Soho's 99.4% majority owned Mexican subsidiary, controls 9,081 hectares of prospective ground within the Tahuehueto district.

Surface Rights Agreement Completed
The Company is also pleased to report that Sacramento has recently formalized a Surface Rights Agreement with Comunidad La Bufa, the local community residents' formal legal entity. The Surface Rights Agreement has a term of ten years and is extendable for an additional five years. The agreement covers the core 2,062 original hectares of the project and allows Sacramento unrestricted access to explore, develop and mine metals within the area covered under the agreement. Sacramento will make annual payments to Comunidad La Bufa over the term of the agreement, at $20,000 USD in the first year with subsequent payments increasing from the previous year's payment by 5% annually. In addition, upon commencement of commercial production the annual payment will be increased by 50% of the previous year's payment.

Project update and summary
Soho Resources is currently conducting a core drilling program under the direction of Hall Stewart, P.Geo. to define resources at five priority zones at the Tahuehueto project in Durango State, Mexico. Exploration programs to date at the 9,081 hectare project have confirmed the presence of at least 12 mineralized zones within a structurally controlled epithermal system traced for more than six kilometres.
Two Diamond drill coring rigs, contracted from Major Drilling S.A. de C.V. are operating 24 hrs per day, 7 days per week on the project. Major Drilling has completed approximately 15,000 meters of an 18,000 meter resource definition drill program on behalf of the Company. The Company currently has delivered samples from 18 holes in the lab for the analysis with five more in transit.

The Tahuehueto project is situated within the Sierra Madre mountain range just north of the historic Topia silver mining district, which hosts a number of producing gold, silver and base metal mines, and many active exploration and development projects.
