TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - February 11, 2015) - NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO UNITED STATES NEWSWIRE SERVICES OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES Sherritt International Corporation ("Sherritt") (TSX:S.TO) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend, with respect to the first quarter of 2015, of $0.01 per common share, payable April 14, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2015. This regular dividend is an "eligible dividend" as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada).
