Endurance Stakes Additional 175 Claim Units Around Turner
Property

News Release 07-08
Endurance Gold Corporation (EDG -- TSX.V, the "Company") is pleased to
announce that it has acquired, through staking, a 100% interest in an
additional 14 claims totaling 175 units around its existing
wholly-owned Turner Township Property, located 70 kilometres northwest
of Sudbury in east-central Ontario. With the new staking, the Turner
Property is now comprised of 17 claims totaling 223 claim units, or
3,568 hectares.
The initial Turner Property was acquired by Endurance in 2005, after
recognizing a similar geological environment to the Company's Pardo
Township conglomerate hosted gold project. Subsequent assessment
research in 2006 determined that the potentially auriferous pyritic
conglomerates also contained significant uranium values, to 0.27% U3O8
over seven feet on surface. Limited drilling in the 1950's returned
U3O8 values to 0.06% over narrow widths, but an examination of the logs
shows very sporadic and incomplete sampling for uranium, and no
assaying completed for gold.
In late 2006, Endurance reported strong gold results from trenches on
the Pardo Property, to 3.5 gpt Au over 13 metres, including individual
metre samples to 18.35 gpt Au. The geological similarities at Turner,
with drill logs reporting widespread sulphide mineralization in basal
conglomerates, indicates the property has potential for both
significant gold and uranium mineralization. The host conglomerates on
both the Pardo and Turner Properties are basal Mississagi Formation,
the same formation that hosts much of the Blind River-Elliot Lake
uranium deposits, which have produced in excess of 300,000,000 pounds
of uranium to-date.
The Turner and Pardo projects will be a significant focus of the
Company in 2007. On Turner, programs of line-cutting, geological
prospecting and mapping, ground geophysical surveys (radiometrics and
induced polarization) will be followed by
Diamond drilling. Work will
commence as soon as field conditions allow.
