Michael Hudson, President of Mawson Resources: Our field teams have quickly advanced
Saramki with the compilation and identification of the past drill holes and data, and field
confirmation of the extensive mineralized system using scintillometer
traverses and mapping. With only eight holes drilled within the five
kilometre mineralized trend, the area remains essentially unexplored.

Press Release
Dear Friends:
We welcome yet another quality uranium
project into Mawsons European fleet. With the staking of Saramki
1-3, the Company now has 20 uranium projects in Finland,
Sweden and Spain including five advanced projects. Finland itself is both uranium
and nuclear friendly with excellent infrastructure and a well established
mining industry. Four nuclear power plants are currently in operation and
nuclear power accounts for 26% of electricity in the country. The Finnish
government is now building the worlds largest nuclear reactor at Olkiluoto with more being planned. Despite the countrys uranium deposits and its firm commitment to
nuclear energy, Finland
is still dependent on imported uranium for its nuclear reactors. We think this creates a great and timely
opportunity for Mawson.

Wayne A. Melvin
