NEW WESTMINSTER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - July 10, 2013) - International Millennium Mining Corp. (News - Market indicators) (the "Company" or "IMMC") announces that it has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") to extend the exercise dates of 4,250,000 non-flow-through warrants and 200,000 flow through warrants, exercisable at $0.40 per share and $0.45 per share, respectively, to July 29, 2016. The initial exercise date of the warrants, which were issued pursuant to a private placement in July 2011, was July 29, 2013. There has been no change to the warrants' exercise prices. The amendment to the term of the warrants is subject to acceptance by the Exchange.
The Company also announces that it has granted additional incentive stock options to Company directors, officers, employees, and consultants, for the right to purchase up to 1,225,000 shares of the Company at $0.11 per share, exercisable to December 31, 2014. The total number of outstanding stock options granted by the Company, at the date of this news release, is 4,845,000.
