(the �Company�) announces that pursuant to TSX Venture Exchange policies and the Company�s rolling Stock Option Plan approved by shareholders on July 30, 2008, the Company announces that incentive stock options in the amount of 135,000 shares have been granted to a director and officer of the Company at a price of $0.25 per share. The options are exercisable for a period of five years, ending on September 2, 2013, and are subject to the requirements of the Exchange.
