RENO, Nev. (AP) _ Tahoe Resources Inc. (TAHO) on Tuesday reported a second-quarter loss of $9.3 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Reno, Nevada-based company said it had a loss of 4 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 8 cents per share.
The mining company posted revenue of $133.8 million in the period.
Tahoe Resources shares have fallen 35 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $8.99, a decrease of 67 percent in the last 12 months.
