This confirms that we are shipping nickel in concentrate. Apparently some investors were waiting for this confirmation. In the July 17 news release, it stated con would be shipped soon to China. I incorrectly thought that after having permitted and built a new mill in record time, the investment community would glean that the con would be on its way as stated. I guess the reality check for me is there are always those who never believe anything until it happens and it never hurts to reiterate some important facts.
Despite the lower Ni prices, we make very good money these days. Soon the supply demand will again stabilize in the Ni market and I think there will be some extra gravy to be made in the fall and early next year. Fortunately, we are a low cost Ni producer relative to a lot of production out there and others that could be brought on stream in the future.
