TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 9, 2012) - Ivernia Inc. ("Ivernia" or the "Company") (News - Market indicators) will report its financial results for the three month and six month period ended June 30, 2012 after the close of market (TSX) on Monday, August 13, 2012.

Management will host a conference call to discuss the Company's results at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on
Tuesday August 14, 2012. The call will be webcast live on the Ivernia website at www.ivernia.com.
