Nebu Resources Inc. ("Nebu") (the "Company") (TSX:V - NBU) is pleased to announce the commencement of a Diamond drilling program near the southwest corner of its Cork Lake Property, the boundary of which is approximately 350 meters from SGX Resources' ("SGX") latest announced drill intersection.

Nebu will be concentrating its drilling close to the area where SGX (TSX:V - SXR), earlier today, announced the intersection of both a high grade gold intersection of 57.4 g/t gold over 3.3 meters (including 540g/t over 0.4 meters) and as well as a broad zone of gold mineralization averaging 1.42 g/t gold over an interval of 53.5 meters.

Based on the currently available information it has been determined that this drill intersection is located within 350 meters of the southwest corner of the Company's 100% owned Cork Lake Property.

Drill holes reported by SGX since the initial discovery announcement in January 2012 indicate this gold zone (Edelston Zone), is traceable for a minimum of 600 meters in length and 100 meters wide.

SGX President Dale Ginn to-day reported: "For the first time we have seen appreciable amounts of coarse visible gold as we move towards the east, adding a high-grade component to the deposit while maintaining impressive widths near surface."

Nebu's initial Diamond drilling will focus on several untested gold targets outlined by the recently completed and interpreted geophysical surveys. Work completed by the Company has already demonstrated that the geological environment on the Cork Lake Property appears to be the same as that of SGX's Edleston gold zone. Phase one of the program includes approximately 1500 meters over 3 holes.

Cork Lake

The Company's Cork Lake Property is located approximately 60 km south of Timmins Ontario and approximately 45 km west of Aurico's new Young Davidson gold mine, and east of Iamgold's Cote Lake deposit. The Property covers 12,360 acres (287 mineral claim units, 5000 ha) in Sothman, Semple and Nursey townships.
