Bayswater to Retain Dr. Robert Rich to Sell Reno Creek Uranium ProductionVancouver, BC, September 15, 2009 ? Bayswater Uranium Corporation (TSX-V: BAY), (OTC: BYSWF) is pleased to announce that, subject to closing of the transaction with Strathmore Resources (US) Ltd and American Uranium Corp. (OTC: ACUC) as announced August 24, 2009 to acquire a 100% interest in the Reno Creek Uranium Project, Wyoming, American Uranium and Bayswater have agreed, subject to finalization of terms, to enter into a consultancy agreement whereby American Uranium will provide the exclusive services of Dr. Robert A. Rich to assist Bayswater in the marketing and selling of uranium concentrates produced from the Company's Reno Creek Project in northeast Wyoming. Bayswater's President George Leary said "We are extremely pleased to have obtained Bob Rich's services to assist in the sale of Bayswater's uranium production. Bob is a well-known uranium industry veteran who successfully marketed Olympic Dam uranium in Canada and the USA for a number of years until 2005." Dr. Robert Rich holds a PhD in Geological Sciences from Harvard University where he began his uranium studies working on genetic and exploration models for the high-grade uranium deposits in Canada and Australia which later became known as the "unconformity-type". He then spent 9 years at the Yankee Group of nuclear utility companies in New England-first as a geologist evaluating potential investments in uranium exploration/development, and then as Manager of Nuclear Materials responsible for negotiating and purchasing uranium, and conversion and enrichment services for several reactors. Following his nuclear utility experience, Dr. Rich was employed as Executive VP of the Washington D.C. consulting and nuclear transport firm Edlow International Company. In this position, he gained much international industry exposure. While with Edlow, Dr. Rich was responsible for marketing British Nuclear Fuels' conversion services in the United States. Since 1988, Dr. Rich's consulting firm, Rich Associates, Inc. has provided uranium marketing services for the Olympic Dam mine in Australia, the world's largest uranium deposit owned by BHP Billiton (NYSE: BHP), diverse nuclear consulting services for Sumitomo Corporation, consulting assignments for a number of nuclear utilities, and publication of uranium market reports covering supply-demand analysis and price forecasting.
