TRADING HALT
The securities of Troy Resources Limited (the "Company") will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company regarding a capital raising. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 30 April 2015 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Troy Resources Limited (TRY) requests, pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, that the ASX grant a trading halt with respect to ordinary shares in TRY with immediate effect.
The trading halt is necessary for TRY to make an announcement to the market in relation to a capital raising, namely a capital raising and share purchase plan.
TRY requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the opening of trading on Thursday, 30 April 2015, or the time that TRY makes an announcement. TRY is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
