TRADING HALT

The securities of Argosy Minerals Limited (the "Company") will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday 24 May 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

The company requests a trading halt in respect of its ordinary shares for up to 2 business days, effective immediately, pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.

The company expects to make this announcement at any time before market open on Tuesday 24th May 2016 after which time it would expect its securities to be trading.
