CALGARY , June 18, 2014 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of Trinidad
Drilling Ltd. ( Trinidad ) has declared a cash dividend for the second
quarter of 2014 of $0.05 per common share to be paid July 15, 2014 to
shareholders of record on June 30, 2014. The dividend is designated as
an "eligible dividend" for Canadian Income Tax purposes.
Trinidad is a corporation focused on sustainable growth that trades on
the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol TDG. Trinidad's divisions
operate in the drilling and barge-drilling sectors of the North
American oil and natural gas industry with operations in Canada and the
