TROY CHAIRMAN LEAVE OF ABSENCE
Perth, Western Australia: Gold producer Troy Resources Limited (ASX: TRY) today announced that its Chairman, Mr David Dix, has been granted a leave of absence from his Board duties for a period of six months for medical reasons.
The Audit Committee Chairman, Mr Fred Grimwade, will assume the role of Acting Chairman during Mr Dix's period of absence and Mr John Jones will assume the role of Acting Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
The Board extends its best wishes to Mr Dix during his period of convalescence.
