Saturn Minerals Inc. Retains MI³ for Investor Relations

Vancouver, June 23, 2011 � Saturn Minerals Inc. � SMI: TSX.V (�Saturn�, or the �Company�), announces that it has retained MI³ Communications Financieres Inc. (MI³) to provide investor relations and corporate communications services for the Company with a specific focus on Saturn�s French-language audience. MI³ has been retained for period of one year and will be responsible for the dissemination of English and French language corporate data packages, broker presentations and communications, analyst communications and handling of shareholder enquiries regarding Saturn and it�s coal and energy projects in eastern Saskatchewan & western Manitoba (the �Saskatoba Project�). MI³ will receive $5,000 CAD (plus HST) per month in remuneration and be reimbursed for approved expenses. Saturn will grant MI³ stock options to acquire 200,000 shares in the capital stock of the Company at an exercise price of $0.48. The Agreement and grant of stock options is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
