Veris Gold Corp. Announces Management Changes
Vancouver, BC � May 7, 2013 � Veris Gold Corp. (�Veris� or the �Company�) (TSX: VG) (OTCQB: YNGFF) (Frankfurt Xetra Exchange: NG6A) announces that Randy Reichert is no longer in the position of Chief Operating Officer and Co-CEO of the Company and is no longer an employee of the Company. R. Llee Chapman will continue on as President and Shaun Heinrichs will assume the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company, in addition to his current duties as Chief Financial Officer.
