Please be advised that a meeting of the shareholders of Jasper Mining Corporation is being held on Wednesday December 11, 2013 at 10am at the Ranchman�s Club.  You will likely have received a Notice of Meeting document and an accompanying Voting Instruction Form.

Given the extremely disappointing lack of progress with Jasper and the obvious deterioration of the shares in the market, I can only hope, if you continue to hold shares, that some or all of you will send a clear and forceful message (which is your right as a shareholder to act on), by voting appropriately.   You can take your Proxy sheet, go on the internet to �ProxyVote.com� and type in your control no. , which is highlighted on the page titled �voting instruction form�. 

Pay careful attention to the fact that there are three voting options.  1. Is to vote with the noted directors  2.   Or vote to withhold (against) all the directors, 3. Or ideally, vote for/against certain individual directors who you believe to be individually deserving of a message.

I personally have chosen this year to vote withhold applicable to Gordon Dixon and John Dixon; and in favor of the remainder directors (option 3) Also, I have voted for continuing with the auditor. 

I would encourage you to consider the importance of sending a clear message as a shareholder at this meeting.
