Issue 8 Rusoro Mining Update, February 24, 2009

As I mentioned in my last update on Rusoro Mining, all these talks about takeovers and acquisitions of Crystallex and Gold Reserve make for interesting discussions but regardless of how these develop, Rusoro's organic growth alone will push the company's share value much higher.

Further to that, is there any doubt now that gold and gold stocks are the best investments, perhaps the only investments to make in 2009? Fortunately we are focused on the top performing sector in the market. As gold continues to hover around $1,000 per ounce which it surely must, gold mining companies will be the big winners this year.

Going forward, the big money will be found in those select stocks where we find gold production growth coupled with low cash costs per ounce. We've been following Rusoro for well over a year now and based on yesterday's and today's news, we should see Rusoro stock trading at all time highs in the not-too-distant future.

Yesterday Rusoro reported that production from their Choco 10 mill hit record high production of 14,835 ounces in January coupled with historic low cash costs of US$315 per ounce.

That's good but the story gets better. The company's gold production guidance for 2009 has been estimated to come in between 170,000 to 190,000 ounces while keeping cash costs between $310 and $375 on a consolidated basis.
