Solex Withdraws Private Placement Offering

September 22, 2009 � Vancouver B.C.: Solex Resources Corp. (TSX-V: SOX) (�Solex� or the �Company�) today announced that the Company will not proceed with the non-brokered offering to issue up to 15,000,000 units on a private placement basis for gross proceeds of� $2,250,000 previously announced on June 22, 2009.
