ZINC MINERALIZATION INTERSECTED AT NOTRE DAME DU NORD BASE AND PRECIOUS METALS PROPERTY, QUEBEC

Tres-Or Resources Ltd (“Tres-Or”) is pleased to report intersecting 2.00% zinc over 14.6 metres from recent drilling of magnetic targets located on the Notre Dame du Nord claims in Quebec, based on preliminary results received from independent ACME Analytical Laboratories of Vancouver, B.C. (“ACME”). Included within this interval of zinc mineralization is a 2.38 metre zone of 3.39% zinc.

These preliminary analytical results for drill hole PQ07-04 (131 m total length, angle hole -60 degrees) reveal significant zinc mineralization and are consistent with visible sphalerite (the most important ore mineral for zinc) identified by Tres-Or geologists between 114 metres to 129 metres. The zinc mineralization occurs within a sulphide-bearing, banded sedimentary unit estimated to contain 10 to 15% pyrite, pyrrhotite, sphalerite and minor chalcopyrite. The extents and true stratigraphic thickness of the mineralized interval are as yet unknown, and will be further investigated with additional drilling in the immediate future. This drill hole was one of 3 drilled by Tres-Or in September 2007. All samples from the drill program were split with one half of the core submitted to ACME for multi element ICP analysis following Agua regia digestion. A total of 105 samples have been shipped for assay including in-house duplicates, and the preliminary results from the 39 samples received from drill hole PQ07-04 are reported in Table 1. Notably, anomalous zinc mineralization extends to the end of the drill hole. The received analytical results are considered preliminary by ACME awaiting completion of the remaining submitted samples which are pending.

The Notre Dame du Nord precious and base metal claims cover the extension of a buried volcanic belt of over 10 km in strike length which has yielded reported gold, copper and zinc mineralization in the past. Further work is recommended, including data integration of proprietary airborne magnetic survey data with all historical geological data from previous mapping and drill programs, prospecting, mapping and further Diamond drilling.

The Quebec property exploration programs are conducted under the supervision of Harrison Cookenboo, Ph.D., P.Geo. and Elaine Baša, P.Geo., both qualified persons under NI 43-101.
