TORONTO, Feb. 27, 2013 /CNW/ - Adex Mining Inc. ("Adex" or the "Company") (TSX-V: ADE) today announced that Will C. Burton, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, has resigned his position to pursue a new opportunity. Mr. Burton's resignation is effective on April 12, 2013. The Company will immediately begin a search for a replacement.
The Board of Directors and management of Adex thanks Mr. Burton for his contribution to the Company over the past seven years and wish him well in his future endeavours.
