Mano, the TSX-V and AIM-listed exploration and development company
focussed on West Africa, announces that it was notified by Eastbound
Resources Ltd. ('Eastbound'), a company controlled by Non Executive
Director Guido ('Guy') Pas, that Eastbound acquired 4,645,672 common
shares off market for an average consideration of 11.84p per share on
30 June 2008. This brings the total number of shares owned by Eastbound
to 28,200,191 shares, and the total number of shares indirectly and
directly controlled by Mr Pas to 30,400,191 shares, which represents
approximately 9.56% of the Company's issued share capital.
