POTASH ONE ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF SHAREHOLDERS'MEETING
Vancouver, B.C., September 29, 2008 - Potash One Inc. (KCL:TSX) (the "Company" or "Potash One") is pleased to announce the results of the annual general meeting (the �GM") of the Company shareholders held September 25, 2008 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.
At the AGM, each of Paul F. Matysek, William A. Lupien, David A. Berg, Thomas R. Tough and Glen C. Macdonald were re-elected as members of Potash One's board of directors. The Company's shareholders re-appointed BDO Dunwoody LLP, Chartered Accountants as auditors of the Company. Potash One's shareholders also approved the adoption and ratification of the Share Option Plan and the Shareholders Rights Plan Agreement, which were both described in detail in the management information circular delivered to shareholders by the Company in advance of the AGM.
A report of voting results for the AGM has been filed on SEDAR in compliance with securities regulations and is available to the public at www.sedar.com.
