TORONTO, Jan. 14, 2013 /CNW/ - (TSXV: RMD) Richmond Minerals (the "Company") is pleased to announce the closing of its non-brokered Private Placement under Temporary Relief Measures for gross proceeds of $47,250.00. The Company issued 3,150,000 units at $0.015 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one whole share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase an additional common share at $0.05 in the first year following the closing of the Private Placement, and $0.10 in the second year.
The securities issued are subject to a four month hold period. The hold period will expire on May 15, 2013. Use of the proceeds will be for general corporate purposes. This private placement is subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
