MEXIVADA�S DIAMOND
AND GOLD CONCESSIONS APPROVED BY ROC CONGO COUNCIL OF
MINISTRES
Mexivada is pleased to report that
Mexivada�s Malambani-Diamond, Malambani-Gold, and Bitsandou-Diamond Permis des
Recherches for diamonds and gold / connected substances in the �ROC� Republic of
Congo (Brazzaville) were approved and signed last Friday, March 14th
by the main Council of Ministres to President Denis Sassou-Nguesso, who was in
charge of the formal meeting of government as Chief of State. Mines Ministre
Pierre OBA was present and in charge of presenting 15 Permis de Recherches for
different companies working in the ROC, including Mexivada�s. This is the first
such formal ratification of Permis de Recherches for mineral exploration in the
ROC since 2004, and augurs a new era of exploration and development in the
Congo, which Mexivada is happy to be a part of. A photo of these proceedings has
been published to Mexivada�s website at www.mexivada.com. The formal decree documents are being prepared for final signing by
Mexivada�s President and by Congo�s Hon. President Denis Sassou-Nguesso, and
should be ready soon. In the meantime, Mexivada submitted additional
applications in January for Permis des Recherches for Diamonds and Gold at
Vouka, located south of the Malambani concessions.
