Option Priority Entitlement Offer - Closed
The Company advises that the priority entitlement offer (Offer) approved by Shareholders on 17 November 2014 (refer prospectus released to ASX on 18 November 2014), closed at 5pm (WST) on Wednesday 10th December 2014.
The Company has received applications for 22,324,450 options pursuant to the Offer and will seek to place the
39,350,540 shortfall options. The Company will request quotation of the options by ASX pursuant to section 3.8 of the Prospectus. If quotation of the options is not granted by ASX within 3 months of the date of issue of the Prospectus, the Company will not issue any options and all application monies will be repaid.
