Change of Auditor

Traka Resources Limited ("the Company") is pleased to announce that HLB Mann Judd ("HLB") have been appointed the Company's auditors.

This appointment follows the resignation of BDO Audit (WA) Pty Ltd ("BDO") and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission's consent to BDO's resignation.

HLB will hold office as the auditor until the next annual general meeting of the Company, at which time shareholder approval will be sought for their reappointment and continuation as auditor.

The Company thanks BDO for their long standing services as auditor of the Company.
