DIAKOULI GOLD PROJECT - EXTENSION OF DEADLINE
The Board of Blina Minerals NL (ASX: BDI) advises that its wholly owned subsidiary, Blina Minerals Burkina SARL (Blina SARL), has reached agreement with the tenement owner, Mr Hamidou Baba Traore, to further extend the due date for the satisfaction of the conditions precedent pursuant to the Binding Terms Sheet (BTS) to 31 January 2015.
The extension has been agreed to allow time for the formal joint venture agreement, on the terms set out in the BTS, to be signed by the parties.
