Gold-Ore Announces Appointment of New CFO

Gold-Ore Resources is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Michael Kerfoot to the position of Chief Financial Officer effective immediately. Most recently, Mr. Kerfoot was the CFO for Panoro Minerals, an exploration company with two advanced stage exploration copper porphyry properties in Peru. Prior to that, he was the Controller at a tungsten mining company. Mr. Kerfoot started his professional career in public practice accounting at KPMG LLP's Vancouver Industrial Markets Group, where he focused on audits of public mining and resource based companies. Mr. Kerfoot is a Chartered Accountant in good standing with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.

The Company also announces the resignation of Ms Maricruz Alvarado as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Alvarado has decided to leave the company in order to pursue other activities. Management wishes to thank Ms Alvarado for her thorough and diligent work, and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
