Announces CFO Change
COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 24, 2009) - Zincore Metals Inc. (TSX:ZNC)
("Zincore" or the "Company") announces that
Giovanni Susin will be named Vice-President, Finance and Chief
Financial Officer replacing Gregory Martin who has resigned to pursue
other opportunities. The change is expected to be effective on or about
August 10, 2009 once an orderly transition has been completed.
Mr. Susin is a Chartered Accountant with significant experience in the
resources sector. He started his career with Deloitte & Touche LLP and
joined Southwestern Resources Corp. and its affiliated companies in
2000 as Controller. Giovanni has been Southwestern's Vice-President,
Finance and CFO since May 2007 and through its acquisition in May 2009.
