(News - Market indicators) ("PC Gold" or the "Company") announces that effective today Kevin Keough has resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company. The Company's Board of Directors has appointed Jean-Pierre (JP) Chauvin, B.A.Sc., P.Eng., a current director of the Company, as the interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company while it conducts a search for a new permanent President and Chief Executive Officer.
