Boss
Power Announces Changes to Board of Directors
Vancouver, B.C. - Monday, September 15th,
2008: Boss Power Corp. (TSX.V: BPU) is pleased to announce
that Randall S. Rogers M.Sc., P.Geol. has been appointed President and
Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of the
Company effective immediately. Randy was formerly Vice
President - Corporate Development and brings a wealth of exploration and
regulatory experience to his new role and will be taking over from David
Stone who will remain as a Director and now assume the role of Vice
President - Corporate Development.
The Board of Directors wishes to thank David
Stone for his efforts in advancing the Blizzard Project and note that the
company will continue to benefit from his considerable expertise in his
new role.
In other corporate
news Boss Power Corp. reports that R. Stuart (Tookie) Angus, LLB has
resigned as a Director effective this date to pursue other interests.
President and CEO
Randy Rogers observed: "We appreciate the sound guidance that
Tookie has provided the Company during our preliminary efforts to develop
the Blizzard Uranium Deposit in British Columbia. Boss Power Corp.
is at a critical juncture in our corporate history: we are
well-financed to seek out new exploration and development opportunities
and are working to realize a financial benefit to our shareholders from
the ownership of the Blizzard Deposit."
The Blizzard
Uranium Deposit located east of Kelowna hosts "basal-type"
paleochannel uranium mineralization formed by the leaching of uranium
minerals from radioactive intrusive rocks and precipitation of the
uranium in an old riverbed channel which was preserved from glacial
erosion by a cover of younger volcanic rocks. A favourable 1979
Engineering Feasibility Study based on extensive drilling and engineering
work was prepared by Kilborn Engineering on behalf of a Joint Venture of
Norcen Energy Resources, Lacana Mining Corporation, Campbell Chibougamou
Mines, E & B Explorations and Ontario Hydro. The property was never
placed into production due to a seven year moratorium on uranium
exploration and development imposed by the B.C. Government in 1980.
Boss Power's
Blizzard Uranium Project exploration program was halted by the imposition
of a Uranium and Thorium Reserve by the B.C. Government on April 24th,
2008 which was made without any meaningful consultation with the
industry, First Nations or the general public and within days of the
Company having applied for work permits for the 2008 field season.
Boss Power Corp.
remains committed to the exploration for uranium as an alternative energy
source to promote the reduction of greenhouse gases.

About Boss
Power Corp:
Boss Power Corp. is
a Canadian public company currently focused on the exploration and
development of the Blizzard Uranium Deposit in British
Columbia. Boss Power is actively seeking other exploration
opportunities worldwide. Boss Power's shares trade under the banner
BPU on the TSX
Venture Exchange (TSX-V).
The Blizzard
deposit is a well-known historically reported uranium resource and the
subject of a NI 43-101 compliant Technical Report dated November 15, 2006
(revised on February 23, 2007 and May 30, 2007). The Blizzard deposit was
the subject of a detailed engineering evaluation by Kilborn Engineering
in the late 1970's, based on a total of 21,184 metres of drilling in 478
reverse circulation and diamond drill holes.
The Kilborn
Engineering Feasibility Study generated an historical reserve calculation
of 2.2 million tonnes grading 0.214 percent U3O8,
at a cut-off grade of 0.025% U3O8 and including a
15% mining dilution (for an estimated 10.4 million pounds of U3O8).
This was re-classified into an indicated and inferred resource to reflect
current usage as the Kilborn Engineering Feasibility Study is not in
compliance with NI 43-101. Readers are cautioned that Boss Power has not
undertaken any independent verification of the data on which the Kilborn
resource is based, or the feasibility results, hence the results should
not be relied upon.
