CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - April 17, 2015) - West High Yield (W.H.Y.) Resources Ltd. ("West High" or the "Company") (News - Market indicators) announces a non-brokered Private Placement of up to $300,000 of Units. Each Unit is priced at $0.25 and consists of one (1) Common Share ("Common Share") and 1/10 of one (1) Common Share Purchase Warrant ("Warrant"). Ten full Warrants will entitle the holder to purchase one (1) Common Share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.40 for a period of one year from the date of issue. The Private Placement is subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals including final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The proceeds of the Private Placement will be used for general corporate purposes and working capital. Closing is anticipated to take place on or before May 21, 2015. The Company did not issue any Units with respect to its non-brokered Private Placement announced January 30, 2015 with the same terms as the current non-brokered Private Placement.
