While with Nabors Drilling Intl. from April 1992 - July 1996, 3 years as Rig Manager (Tool Pusher) and 6 months Driller, he worked on a Multiple Well, long reach horizontal project for Shell and Elf in Gabon, West Africa. His drilling experience in Canada was with directional or horizontal wells drilling mostly deep, high pressure, sour gas wells in the Canadian Foothills on projects for Shell and Petro-Canada.
In the winter of 2006 and spring of 2007, prior to joining us for the drilling of the John Bowen #2 Test Well, Phil was the Drilling Supervisor on 3 wells drilled in the Foothills as well as two Kaybob wells west of Fox Creek, Alberta. Varying depths on these 5 wells was anywhere from 2500 metres to 4000 metres total depth. Alberta) as well as overseas in West Africa and until last winter, he spent four years in the Middle East specializing in down-hole fishing, whipstocks, and remedial work in the United Arab Emirates.

He is a Structural Geologist/Basin Evaluator. Peter has extensive knowledge at "Sarcee-Jumping Pound" and at "Pincher Creek", both of which are well-known gas producing fields in Alberta. His initial work at Montello has focussed solely on Tennessee reviewing all geological, drilling and logging data recently acquired as well as other information he is sourcing for anticipated benefit of our JV Partnership. He will now be heading up our Sarcee and Pincher Creek Projects for example, the planned commencement of the Sarcee recompletion of the 10,957 foot 12-13-23-4 W5M cased Mississippian/ Rundle Gas Well where Peter will consult closely with Ross Moulton and the pending testing and evaluation of the 17 feet of interpreted pay on the John Bowen #2 well working closely with Phil Emrich.
Mr. Brown "Peter", began his career as a Geochemist with Robertson Research and later specialized in structural geology and basin dynamics, and has always concentrated in creating a tangible asset base.
