LONDON, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 15, 2011) - Trueclaim Exploration Inc. (the "Company") (News - Market indicators)(OTCQX:TRMNF) announces it has retained the services of two investor relations consultants to assist with its investor relations activities in Canada and the United States.
In Canada, the Company has engaged Bay Street Connect, an owner-managed firm based in Toronto that has provided investor relations services to Canadian public companies in the natural resources sector since 2003. Focusing on direct communication and face-to-face meetings, Bay Street Connect has assisted numerous organizations in improving relationships within the investment community. Under the terms of the engagement, which is for a minimum of twelve months and continues thereafter on a month-to-month basis, Bay Street Connect will be paid $3,000 per month for the first six months and $5,000 per month thereafter, and will be granted options entitling it to acquire 360,000 shares at exercise price of $0.15 until June 8, 2013.
In the USA, the Company will be assisted by Atlanta Capital Partners, LLC, an investor relations firm that draws on its carefully built relationships with retail brokerage firms, investment bankers, analysts, fund managers, and independent investors to help public companies, private companies and venture capital firms communicate with Wall Street, investors and the media. Under the terms of the engagement, which is for a minimum of six months, Atlanta Capital Partners, LLC will be paid $3,000 per month and will be granted options entitling it to acquire 360,000 shares at exercise price of $0.15 until June 8, 2013.
