Mr. Rux will be responsible for general accounting, compliance and disclosure activities within both the Canadian and American Markets. Mr. Rux, is assuming the new position of Controller at Sterling Mining after working in finance for over 30 years, with varying positions as Controller and CFO. He has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1979. Recently, Mr. Rux worked at General Moly Inc., where he held the positions of Controller and Director of Sarbanes--Oxley Compliance.
