ASSAYS CONFIRM ANOTHER MAJOR DEVELOPMENT OF URANIUM-BEARING ALUM SHALE IN SWEDEN

Aura Energy (ASX: AEE) today announced that assays from the Company?s Marby exploration licence in Sweden have returned substantial thicknesses of uranium-mineralised Alum Shale.

Highlights:

Aura has received assays for the seven holes drilled at Marby in Sweden
The results confirm the expectation of a thick development of the shale throughout Aura?s 22km2 Marby licence
The assays add to the positive results recently reported for the H?gg?n licence, immediately to the south of Marby
Aura believes that the Alum Shale in Marby will add considerable tonnages to the future resource that it will be defining at Storsj?n

Today?s results are significant because they build on the momentum achieved from Aura?s recent positive assay results from H?gg?n, located immediately to the south of Marby.
