Solomon Islands litigation proceedings update

A directions hearing will be held on 17 April 2015 in the Court of Appeal of Solomon Islands in relation to the Isabel Nickel Project civil appeal case.

The appeal has been listed before the Court of Appeal for a nine-day hearing commencing on 26 May

2015.

Axiom Mining's Isabel Nickel Project Team is continuing with development activities on Santa Isabel

Island with plans to commence exploration on San Jorge Island later this year.
