The board of Eastern Corporation Limited (“Eastern”) announces with regret the passing of Director Gordon Smith on Friday 30 March.
Mr Smith held the position of Executive Director for Eastern from February 2003, becoming
Executive Chairman in December 2003. He recently stepped down from this position due to ill health, remaining on the board as Non Executive Director.
The board and staff of Eastern extend their sincere condolences to the Smith
