Bond Listing on the Nordic ABM
Green Dragon Gas Ltd. (LSE: GDG) announces the listing of the 10.00 per cent Green Dragon Gas Ltd. Senior Secured Callable Bond Issue 2014/2017 (ISIN: NO 001 0724370) on the Nordic ABM.
The US$88 million bond issue will be quoted on the Nordic ABM from and including Monday 8 December 2014. Pareto Securities acted as book runner and manager, with Nordic Trustee ASA acting as Trustee on behalf of the bondholders.
